Information you provide directly

• Contact details you submit through the contact form or the WhatsApp/Fiverr links in the footer — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• The specific page URL you submitted the form from, so I know which service or location page prompted your inquiry.
• Any additional information you choose to include in your message, such as project details, budget, or attachments you later email me.

Information collected automatically

• Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited, collected via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Your IP address is also processed briefly and in-memory by the contact form's spam-prevention system, to limit how many messages a single visitor can send per hour. This value is never written to a database and is discarded on server restart or deployment.
• Basic caching data stored locally in your browser (via a service worker) purely to let previously visited pages of this Site load faster and work offline — this data never leaves your device and is not accessible to me.

I do not use payment processors, do not run e-commerce checkout, and do not require account creation or logins anywhere on this Site, so I do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, or billing addresses through the Site itself.

• To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form and to discuss, quote, and deliver web development or design work you request.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Site, including diagnosing technical issues and understanding which pages and services visitors find most useful.
• To detect and prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions.
